At Kantessa Cleans, we take pride in delivering high-quality residential cleaning services. Since payment is collected after the service is completed, we do not offer refunds for completed work. We encourage clients to inspect the cleaned areas before making payment and to communicate any concerns at that time so we can address them promptly.
In the unlikely event that our team causes accidental damage to your property during the cleaning, we take full responsibility. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, offer a partial refund or reasonable compensation based on the extent of the damage. Please notify us of any issues within 24 hours of service completion. We are committed to handling such situations professionally and fairly.
